Goodwill Academy…
All Employee’s at Goodwill attend Goodwill Academy. “Academy” is a 4 week training course taught by a Goodwill Retail Trainer and is completed by all new employees. Academy covers retail and production processes, customer service, safety, serving donors and general Goodwill operations. The goal of this training program is to fully train each new employee with the skills to succeed on the job and provide an understanding of Goodwill’s mission and role in our community.
