shopgoodwill.com is the first internet auction site created, owned and operated by a nonprofit organization. It was created and is operated by Goodwill of Orange County (Santa Ana, CA). Participating Goodwill's from across the country offer for auction on the site a wide array of art, antiques and collectibles as well as new and nearly new items pulled from their vast inventories of donated goods. From unique one-of-a-kind items to estate pieces, the depth of resources is enormous. Revenues from these auction sales fund Goodwill's education, training and job placement programs for people with disabilities and other barriers to gaining employment.

Unique Items

Here are just a few examples of items that have been donated locally that you may find on shopgoodwill.com:

 

 Strawberry Shortcake Dolls

20 of these dolls were donated at a donation center.  They date from the late 1970's to early 80's and the real treat is that they have all of their clothing and shoes!

 Gold Ring with Huge Sapphire

 

The bright pink sapphire is a whopping 5/8" across and the ring is 14k gold!

 German Tin Zepplin Toy

 

The toy was from the early 1900's and manufactured by the Marke Lehmann Company.  The wind-up mechanism didn't work but toy collectors still scramble to find toys of this age.

The Wizard of Oz

 The book is copyrighted 1903 and has beautiful colored illustrations throughout. Some of the pages had been colored on but collectors most likely bought this to take apart and frame the pictures.

 Vintage to New Barbie Lot

 The lot included everything from a vintage thermos to a reproduction doll.  All of it was in great shape and was the perfect addition to any Barbie collection.

Gold and Gem Dragonfly Bracelet

The base metal is gold which is always a hot seller and the Topaz and Peridot gemstones make a unique and colorful bracelet which made jewelry collectors crazy for this piece. 

Free On-Site Pickup

Have you recently purchased an item on shopgoodwill.com from the Lincoln, NE site?

You may pickup your item from the Main Office at 2100 Judson Street between 9:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Just stop by the front desk and ask for Cara. Please bring a copy of your payment confirmation, or you may bring cash or a credit card to pay at the time of pickup.
